The IAW-42 is a specialty ironing center with a sleek design, featuring a 42-inch fixed position ironing board inside a high-quality wood cabinet. Designed to be surface mounted directly to a wall stud when accessing inside studs is challenging, this model can also be recessed between the studs for a custom fit that gives a flush or nearly flush appearance (Blum Hinges required -- sold separately). Crafted with the same quality materials as other Iron-A-Way models, the IAW-42 does not include hot iron storage, making it perfect for installation near an electrical outlet and iron storage. The cabinet interior is finished in a cool grey color, while the exterior is left unfinished.

This ironing center comes with a single leg supported 42-inch ventilated metal ironing board, an industrial strength ironing board cover and pad, and a garment bar for added convenience. The sleek unfinished wooden cabinet is designed for mounting directly to a wall stud or for recessed installation for a flush mount appearance. The unit is ready for installation of a custom door, though a door is not included and all necessary hinge hardware is provided. The door included with this ironing center is flat and white in color, completing the stylish and functional design of the IAW-42.
